About Us
The purpose of Student Veterans of America at Georgia State University is to provide a peer-to-peer network of proven military leaders and current students. We accomplish this goal with three primary initiatives:
1) Develop esprit de corps amongst current and future GSU students who are military veterans.
2) Advocate on behalf of student veterans at all levels of government.
3) Partner with local and national organizations to provide student veterans all available resources for continued success as they transition from the battlefield to the boardroom.

Welcome to the Warrior Gateway
March 26, 2010 6:30 PMThe Warrior Gateway Project was created to address multiple needs of veterans. The project is a direct response to public statements made by Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, calling for a national clearinghouse of resources for wounded veterans and a memorandum of understanding between the Department of Veteran Affairs and the Veterans Coalition to find a solution to the explosive growth in the NGO sector and to help drive improvement in that sector.
The Warrior Gateway is that solution.
The Warrior Gateway’s fundamental strategy is to bring together the relevant information from around the web and our strategic partners to help our military community. This is accomplished through combining several components into an online portal.
