    The California State University, Dominguez Hills Veterans Alliance strives to provide a community engaged support group for students who have served in the military and are transitioning into civilian and College life.

    SPRING 2010 On-campus Veterans Alliance Meetings

    All CSUDH students, faculty and staff interested in Veterans' issues are welcome to attend!!

    BECOME AN OFFICIAL VETERANS ALLIANCE MEMBER!!

    TO BECOME A MEMBER:

    1)  Go to https://orgsync.com/register/communities/california-state-university-dominguez-hills

    2)  Complete the registration form

    3)  Click on "CREATE"

    4)  Complete your default profile options ("about me" and "photo" section - optional)

    5)  Click "JOIN AN ORG"

    6)  Click "ORGANIZATIONS"

    7)  In the search field, type "VETERANS ALLIANCE" or click on "V" to browse orgs and find Veterans Alliance

    8)  Click "JOIN"

    CSUDH Military Student Center

    CSUDH recognizes the unique nature of the military lifestyle and is committed to easing the transfer of relevant course credits, providing flexible academic residency requirements, and crediting learning from appropriate military training and experiences.

    CSUDH offers an excellent portfolio of campus-based as well as 100% distance Certificates, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees well-suited to the needs of the modern servicemember.

    In addition to active duty personnel, CSUDH extends military friendly "advanced credit" policies to Veterans, active and retired Reservists, and active and retired members of the National Guard.

Veterans and Active Duty Military eat for FREE on Veterans' Day @ Applebee's

Books for our Troops

Let’s Help Stock the U.S. Military Libraries through out the world

 

November 1, 2009 will be the beginning of our annual “Books for the Troops” drive. Last year we had a very sizable contribution to our troops and we hope to match that record again this year. Please drop off your “already enjoyed books” to the ROTC office in the small college area. The books will be shipped to stock military base libraries. Give a soldier a moment of flight from the present – help them enjoy a moment of fiction. Please drop off your donation today. The collection drive will end on Monday, November 30.
